Return Policy

Finding great fitting lingerie can be hard and we totally get that. Therefore if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange on all items with the exception of hosiery and accessories. As long as your order:

*For purchases after 14 days or without the original receipt we can offer a store credit in the amount you paid.

 *Returns on sale items are for exchange or store credit only.

 *Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any items purchased with a gift card or store credit will be refunded to a new gift card.

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once we receive your request we will assign you a Return Authorization Number and the address to return the items to.
  3. You will receive an email from us once your items have been received and are approved for refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for a refund to appear on your account.

HOW TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email us with your order number, reason for exchange and new order that you would like to exchange the original for. If you are exchanging for a higher priced item then we will bill you via your original payment method.
  2. Once we receive your request we will assign you a Return Authorization Number and the address to return the items to.
  3. You will receive an email from us once your items have been received and are approved for exchange. Please allow 7-10 business days for a the new items to be shipped.

*Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

*Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and the shipping on any returns or exchanges are at your own expense.

*If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

*Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of when we receive the returned products. If you have not received a refund within this timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank as the official posting may be delayed. Finally, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us as info@wonderlustlingerie.com.
